These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by us as an online retailer to you as a Consumer (any natural person acquiring or using products or services for non-professional purposes) or as a Professional (natural or legal person).
We deliver only in the EU and United Kingdom. If you provide a delivery address in another country, we may refuse the order.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. Orders placed by minors may be refused.
Placing an order on the website constitutes explicit acceptance of our terms and conditions.
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this is clearly stated.
We describe our products and the ordering process as accurately as possible. Images are a truthful representation of the goods or services offered, but human error remains possible.
Your order is final once we confirm it by email and once the card issuer authorizes your payment (Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard). If your issuer refuses payment, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non‑delivery.
To purchase a product, add it to your cart, enter your details, accept our terms, and confirm payment. At that moment, your purchase is final.
Consumers have 15 days from delivery to decide whether to keep the goods. You may return them without penalty and without giving a reason (return costs at your expense). Within 14 days of receiving the return or receiving your withdrawal notice, we refund the full purchase price.
We may postpone reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
During the first 15 days, you must handle goods and packaging carefully. You may only open or use the goods to the extent necessary to evaluate them. Returned goods may be opened but not used. They must, if possible, be returned in original condition and packaging.

Certain goods are excluded from the right of return under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
Prices remain unchanged during the validity period of an offer, except for VAT changes. Prices include all taxes, duties and services.Â
Payments may only be made through our online payment modules.

Goods must meet your reasonable expectations and comply with applicable laws at the time of order.
For Consumers, a minimum legal warranty of two years applies for non‑conformity. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or dissolution of the contract.
If the defect appears within six months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise. After six months, the burden of proof lies with you.
Goods are delivered to the address you provided. Delivery occurs within 3 business days via Amazon logistics.
Shipments are at our risk. Returned goods are at your risk.
If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or not matching your order, notify us as soon as possible and return them within 75 calendar days of receipt. Contact us beforehand at info@lesplaisirs.net.
We cannot be held liable for consequential damages due to late or non‑delivery by the carrier. Our liability is limited to the value of items not received.
In cases of force majeure, we are not obligated to fulfill our commitments. We may suspend obligations or terminate the contract definitively.
Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond our control that partially or fully prevents fulfillment of obligations.
Our website, logos, texts, photos, names, and communications are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us, our suppliers or rights holders.
You may not use or modify these rights without prior written permission. Copying drawings, photos, names, texts, logos, color combinations, etc., is prohibited.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Complaints may be sent to info@lesplaisirs.net and will be answered within 7 days.
Belgian law applies to all agreements, and Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If international law imposes another applicable law, Belgian consumer protection law prevails for interpretation.
